I enjoyed most of the film The Farewell (2019). It will be not perfect. the largest gripe is that We can tell that the original screenplay was re-written. Now, as a kid could I tell this specific? NO, and that will be the primary audience. I actually think adults forget whenever they watch a movie primarily targeted to children that it will not totally appeal to them.
